eponymous_rose's brilliant fic Bright Star. If you haven't read the original, go do so right now. It's long been one of my favourite Doctor Who fics ever.
Also if you missed my rec last week, you should go read the wonderful fic that was written for me
Bellum omnium contra omnes (the Ancient History remix) bycuriouslyfic. I really cannot recommend it enough and I'm so happy to have received it.
And because I like to have everything I've written on lj in some form or another:
