That's a good idea. Plus, if they use the DoctorDonna as an imprint or template on a brand new Time Lord body, it may mean that the Doctor starts from scratch in terms of his regeneration limit, neatly avoiding the only twelve regenerations problem.
Although, I'm really hoping Donna gets fixed without losing the DoctorDonna.
