To the Girl with the Mousey Hair

I know I was disappointed with last week, but this week was AWESOME! (Take that as a warning that there will be capslock and excessive exclamation points in the below review).
OMG Shaz. So my current theory is that Shaz, Ray and Chris are all dead cops, and I thought that this episode would culminate in Shaz remembering being murdered by being stabbed with a screwdriver outside and with her last view being of the stars (hence the world collapsing away on Alex and revealing only stars, the reoccurring screwdriver and Shaz screaming murder in her dream) but it didn't. But, that doesn't mean she wasn't because OMFG, the world collapsing to black and 'Life on Mars'!
Seriously though, Shaz seems to be becoming aware that the world isn't real. But Gene's the one dragging her back in. I think it's going to result in it being Gene's world, and one that's unnatural, and Daniel Mays is trying to put an end to Gene dragging dead and comatose police officers into his world.
But oh, Shaz. I want to give her the biggest hug.
And SAM! SAM'S jacket!
Gene so didn't murder Sam, it's far to obvious. But it's about freaking time Alex investigated his death.
The Uptown Girl bit was loltactular. Oh, show.
But generally, oh this episode was excellent and the mystery was intriguing and I did not expect it to move so quickly with the Sam investigation.
