Random Writing Question

Is there anything wrong with having the character from which we are taking the point of view from changing when I change scene? It’s only two characters in a >5000 word one shot. I’m just stuck and I want to have two characters perspective on events and each other. I used to do it quite a bit and then sort of got it into my head that it’s a bad thing and I shouldn't do it.

The scene breaks are pretty clear so it should work. Thanks. I'm feeling more confident about it now.
