meddowSo it turns out Jack Coleman (of Mr. Bennet fame) reads the TWoP boards. He had a lovely message posted thanking his harem of twenty year olds that post there. Which would include me.

I mean, you don’t ever expect to actually have your comments read by the actor, do you? I've always viewed the internet as yelling in the park. Some may hear incidentally, but only those who want to listen will actually show up. On the other hand, Jack Coleman is wonderful for not being very creeped out and actually engaging with fans.
Meanwhile, while lurking at the OG boards I read the most bonkers yet credible spoiler ever. I’m not going to post it, trust me, you’ll know it if you see it. If RTD actually pulls it off without making me violently throw things at my television and swear never to watch the show again, he deserves an award. Please tell me someone else out there has read it.

I wanted to thank you all for the many birthday greetings you sent last week (you know who you are)! On such a momentous and terrifying occasion, it is reassuring to receive well-wishes from so many... well, 20 year olds.
While it it true that I am now 50 years old and while it is also true that it required carbon dating to confirm this, I have to tell you that I still feel like a man in his... well, mid-40s.
My wife threw a wonderful party for me at my manager's home in the Hollywood Hills. The theme was 50s elegance (it wasn't all greasers and bobby socks, you know) and all 120 guests looked fabulous. We had fantastic sponsors - Godiva Chocolates, Treana Wines, Red Bull, Cake Monkey and, of course, Kettle One vodka. The food was superb, thanks to Urban Palate.
Many of my Heroes castmates were there: Hayden Panetierre, Milo Ventimiglia, Masi Oka, Ali Larter, Zach Quinto, Chris Rose, Matt Armstrong and Ashley Crow, and a few of my old Dynasty castmates made it as well: Joan Collins, Pamela Sue Martin, Gordon Thomson, and Pamela Bellwood. I had family in from the East Coast - my sister, two nieces and a nephew. It was quite a soiree.
Now the celebrations are over... and I'm just left with the age. But the good news is, we'll be back to work before long and back on the air in September. And who knows? Maybe you'll be hearing more from me then.

Don't panic! We do not require a finished story yet, it's merely for us to know how many stories we'll have to expect and who drops out.
The Artist sign up period comes to an end on March 23! So if you are unsure if you'll manage to finish the story in time or want to drop out as a writer, please think about taking part as an Artist instead!
