I have to spend my day packing and cleaning, so amuse me by trying to answer this. Some of them should be dead easy, but a lot you will probably have to guess.

It's a hard habit to break with all that primary school indoctrination. Teachers and all their "2 must follow 1." Just another brick in the wall. ;-)
