Writing Journals

meddowI've changed my layout again. Considering how often I change my desktop background it’s a wonder that I don’t change it more often. ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
grrliz made it and I fell in love. In doing this I had a thought and now I’m giving serious consideration to making myself a writing journal. That way I don’t have to worry whether the layout is readable since I can just use the default page with black text on white. I could also organise my fics much better with more specific tags.
I know I will have to repost a lot of the stuff I’ve got here, though really it’d just be a matter of cutting and pasting. I know there are some of you on my f-list writing journals (I can think ofle_parapluie and jadeddiva off the top of my head) are there any hidden cons I should know about? Anyone else given it consideration and decided against it?

Date: 2006-09-18 07:36 pm (UTC)Not TMI, it’s helpful. I’m very deeply in the fandom closet so if anyone was to find it I would just die. Then again I don’t think anyone in my real life knows I have a LJ and I’ve made it pretty hard to figure out it’s me if they go looking for me unless I friend them, so I don’t think I will have that problem. It is a problem I had not considered though, instead of me having a LJ which happens to have fanfic in it, there will now be a hub of it to point at, virtually my own website. Hmmm, devil and the deep blue sea.
And, since it be for me International Talk Like a Pirate Day, yo ho ho and a bottle or rum to ya.
